Viviana Ballan

Keen on singing since when she was a child, Viviana took part in many contests, standing out for her peculiar timber and great talent. Her desire to perform live, took her off the time to pursue her classical studies, but allowed her to gain a significant amount of experience in the field of contemprary jazz. After singing as chorus voice for many italian artists, she decides to continue as main voice in a band that guarantees more room for interpretation. She draws her inspiration from Dee Dee Bridgewater, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Aretha Franklin and the italian Giorgia, Mina, Rossana Casale. Her voice best suits to Jazz, Pop music and neapolitan classic songs. Since 2001 she only works with the Blunotte Swing Band, in which she performs as soloist and also in amazing duets with Giovanni Costantino.
